So i have 2001 Acura 3.2 Cl Type-S with almost 96000 miles on it, and yesterday i was going about 65mph on the interstate and all of a sudden my Check engine light, Warning (!) light, and my VSA lights all came on at once. Everything was still working fine and it was driving normal but it scared me when they all came on at the same time.
I parked my car and turned it off then turn it back on and just the Check Engine light was on this time. Plus everything seemed fine when i turned it back on also.
I know i need to read the code to see what exactly is going on but i just wanted a heads up to see what you guys think it might be?

P.S. this vehicle has a weak transmission so i dont know if that could be a cause of anything, But any further info would help,

In short, though.....get the CEL codes and report back. That detail will help.

 

Sometimes those lights come on for me when I'm stopped at the light or driving out of the parking lot. My car drives fine except for a low idle. Run the codes, that will help you diagnose the problem. Most likely it's transmission related though.

 

That's what I was guessing, because also I've caught it a few time flairing out like it doesn't catch gear or it feels like it switched to neutral. Usually happens when I go around 20-30mph and I've had people tell me it's a solinoid filter but I'm pretty sure it's more than that.
I'm getting those codes checked today though so I'll be back with the codes.

 

In the meantime, when's the last time you changed your ATF?

 

I have the same issue and was wondering if this was resolved. I had codes P0131, P0132, and P1778 pulled. I already replaced both of the O2 sensors, Tranny speed sensor, clean the EGR, and checked the coil packs. Any help would be appreciated.
