Instructions for replacing window molding?

Hi folks,

We had some severe weather here the other day, winds gusting over 40 mph. While getting out of my car in a parking lot the wind caught my door and slammed it into the car next to me. Luckily, it hit the side rubber molding on the other car and no damage to either door. But.....

....after a couple more errands, when I got home and got out of the car I noticed a big ugly dent in the chrome molding that runs along the door at the base of the window. ARRGGGHH! Even worse, it's right at the door handle, so I see the darn thing every time I get into the car, can't stand it (car is in impeccable shape otherwise).

In another Honda thread some guy said you have to completely disassemble the door from the inside to get to the exterior door trim - is he SERIOUS?!?

I found the part I need (72450-SJA-A01 MOLDING ASSY., L. FR. DOOR, item 6) and a diagram at

http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...All&vinsrch=no

but after searching online for almost an hour now I can't find any good instructions for how to replace this piece of molding.

Can anyone here help me out? TIA (I hope!)
