Does anyone know how to remove the center console panel? I try to clean it and the plastic texture rubbed off and it makes parts of the panel shinny (the left side of the shift stick where the spot with not power plug). I found one on Ebay but I am not sure how to remove the panel. help!

 

If you are talking about the trim piece that surrounds the shifter it's very easy. It's held down by 4 clips, one in each corner. Using your fingers find the best grip and lift straight up.

You'll need to tug hard. Don't worry, the trim won't break.
