Smile Got my RL today!!!!

After 3 years with my TL, I got my RL today… It’s White Pearl with the Parchment interior… Got a great deal from my dealer on an 06 RL and just could not pass it up… I enjoyed every minute of my drive back home and look forward to being with the RL group here…

Congrats! I owned my TL for three years as well before moving on up. Enjoy and don't forget to post about your experience.

Hello all. I too, just purchased an '06 white with parchment interior for under $40K with wood steering wheel and IPod link. That is just a great price for a great car.
Hey Touge, do you have any other pics of a white RL with that spoiler? I'm on the fence about it.

HelloLarry, (how's you other brother Larry?)
Welcome to the board. The iPod attachement is OK - there will be an update on the software (not sure about hardware) in Dec. so it will work with iTunes 7. Don't forget to get your free CD with the coupon in the Bose mini-manual.

I was definitely hoping for better on the IPod link. It is not really practical for an IPod with 3800 songs on it. "Zero through nine, A, B, C, D..." . Makes it really tough to find a song you want. At least it keeps the IPod charged.

I joined the TL to RL club this past Sunday. Neuronnbob and others got me thinking and I did the deed. This is some car. Shows what good taste we all have. I've been an Acura owner for quite awhile (on our third MDX, had the TL and TSX) but the RL is a real sleeper and keeper. Understated elegance and great gadgets.

I also came from a TL and honestly...I don't miss it - granted I was having issues with the TL 6mt. But now I am happy with the RL. 'Just got it tinted this morning and I can't wait to wash the car so I can take some pictures.

I am not quite ready to transition over to RL yet. My 06 TL is only 2 months old and my 03 Maxima GLE , which now becomes my wife's car, only has 18k miles. I definitely will keep the RL on my horizon, as it is one of two cars that I wanted to buy when I purchased the TL, upon insistence of my wife. I guess when she wants a buy a diamond ring next time, I would insist on getting a cubic circonium instead. LOL! Bad analogy when comparing RL-TL to diamond-cc, but I guess you get my point. I wonder how a FWD SUV (such as the Pilot) will compare with the RL in terms of snow handling.
