Front Rotor & Pads
Get factory pads or satisfied gs, its cheaper to go with aftermarket rotors, i have stoptech cryo slotted, with the GS pads the best setup, also look into SS brake lines. i have them too, and its a big difference then stock.
Do yourself a BIG favor, get EBC Red Stuff pads (about $80) and EBC Premium Replacement rotors (about $50ea). With S/H, you should spend around $200. That's what most dealers charge for just the OEM pads!http://www.ebcbrakes.com/automotive/...rs/index.shtml

Googled up the Red Stuff pads. Less dust, better stopping power, less fade, or so claimed a reviewer or two.
On the downside, because they're ceramic and harder than OEM, they'll probably wear out your rotors faster, and in weather colder than 50 degrees, they squeal and lose some of their stopping power until you warm them up by driving a couple of miles.

Don't get these. A lot of places on ebay will buy solid blanks and then do the drilling and machining themselves. This is not the correct way to make slotted/cross drilled rotors. They should be designed from the beginning to become slotted or cross drilled.
oh good looking out. yea it is true sometimes ebay willl do that, i really wanted drilled slotted rotors and i was thinking about these,

I had a friend that order from ebay and he said they worked like wonders and a great price. now i have order drilled slotted rotors and hawk pads and were great on my tl but im trying to figure out if i should do it again.
i ordered from here (http://www.rotorpros.net/index.htm) they have good price and i got it on labor day last yr and had a great special and shipping was free. yet before selling the car it was a yr with out changing breaks nor rotors they felt shaky and i know it isnt warrping, what could it have been. or every yr i guess they would need to be changed?
also i found on ebay for oem pads they are $130+ so if they are $70 get them asap because dealers here are more.

Mr.Tea,
Acurapartswarehouse.com tends to have good deals on OEM Acura parts. I forgot how much the RL rotors and pads were but I know that the price is significantly cheaper than the dealership and some other OEM parts sites.
On a related note, occasionally eBay will have postings for OEM Acura parts- you just have to keep a vigilant eye out for 'em

I stumbled across this a few minutes ago (pads $55, OEM rotors $180)
