Current mileage on your 2G RL
Yep....see that funny yellow warning light? After 250K miles, get used to seeing it. It's mostly false readings like: Tire Pressure--ZERO; Emissions all f'ed up; Airbag ready to explode or not explode--who knows. Other than that, it's tip top, beeatches! I'm ready to drive it into a brick wall just to see if I can kill it once and for all.

I recently bought an 05 RL with 178k miles as my first real car of my own. What an absolutely lovely car, and the first owner clearly loved it too, since it's in really great condition. Only issue has been the driver's headlight flickering, but I just replaced the bulb and it totally fixed it (so glad it didn't turn into one of those replace-every-part-and-it-still-flickers horror stories I've read on here).

My '05 RL is at 55275. I purchased it in 2015 with 35200 on it at a very reasonable price. I've replaced an A/C condenser and had the front shocks (only and were shot when I bought it) replaced. All work has been done at an Acura dealer. Put a new battery in it and had all the fluids exchanged after I purchased it. I also put in an iPod adapter. By far the best factory sound system I've ever heard from the early 2000's. I thoroughly enjoy driving it. I also have an S2000.
Original owner of a 2007 RL Tech, it now has 105K and everything is working wonderfully. All maintenance is done on or ahead of schedule, always use synthetic oil and top of the line parts (e.g. K&N air filter).
These days, I only put <10K miles on it per year.

I’m currently using Grom usb for my iPod touch 6th gen. Sometimes is spotty leaving me to having to reset it by disconnecting the harness that goes to the usb box. It’s a pain since I tucked it under shifter console. So I have to take cover off to reset it. No biggie but a pain. Hows the USA spec reliability?

edit: what’s the connection look like on a 6th gen iPod?
Hey guys,
I just bought a 2008 Acura RL with about 96k miles. Had to fix few things - leaky steering pump, lower control arm (used after market), transmission fluid, transfer case fluid, diff fluid (both chambers), rotors and pads, brake fluid, air filter, cabin air filter.
Oh yeah.. i also got timing belt done at a pretty good price at Anderson Honda in MD.
