CPO or Acuracare?
CPO or Acuracare?
The RL I bought has 49,800 miles. Am I better off getting the Acuracare warranty plus 4 new tires .. or having the car Certified (4 new tires)?
My financing is still in process so I have 1 day to make a decision on how I want the car warrantied. I know that the car has already had the 45k service, a new battery, and Fuel pump relay replaced. So, to me, the Acuracare seems better.
Just wondering what you guys would do.

If I recall correctly, the CPO bumps you up another year and some mileage of warranty. The Acuracare is what puts you up to 100k. I don't recall if you need the CPO to be eligible for the extended factory warranty. I would go out as far as you can afford on the warranty.
You don't need CPO to qualify for Acuracare. I would do Acuracare now while the car is under its regular warranty. This gives you the most flexibility: If you end up selling the car after a year or two, you can get your money back from Acura, albeit a prorated amount and after some paperwork. If you keep the car longer, all the better if the AC goes after 50k miles.
welp . i think it's too late . they say they already CPO'd it (I don't believe them)
Can I get AcuraCare during my CPO warranty as it extends the original factory? Or does it have to be before 50,000 miles 4 years.
