And figure out where these two plugs goes I know the one with the blue cramps goes under my Dash somewhere I just don't know what it goes to I just done a lot of work to this car head gaskets timing belt water pump and I cannot figure out where these two wiring harness pieces go can someone help me

Have been rebuilding my 2006 Acura L head gaskets timing belt water pump coil packs radiator but I have not been able to get it back running in the last 3 months because of some kind of a code problem I don't have a code on it but I can't get the the car to crank up it'll turn over but it won't crank but I think these plugs the one with the cramps come from under my Dash somewhere and this may be the reason why I can't get the car to start can someone help me out
