Is this a 3.2TL or 2.5TL?

For both, the water pump is driven by timing belt and is usually replaced w/ timing belt work. If you aren't comfortable w/ timing belt replacement, you best bet is to call a tow truck and tow to a shop for help.

How do you know water pump is leaking?

good luck

remove the battery, intake rubber hose, plastic wire harness cover, unplug everything in the way and fold the wiring harness over the top of the engine. Remove the top radiator hose if you need more clearance. remove all belts, crank pulley, a/c tensioner, dipstick tube, then start removing all the timing covers. YOu can now remove the timing belt tensioner and timing belt. After that remove the drivers side cam gear and the backing plate behind it (3 10mm bolts) Now you can remove the waterpump.
