A/C Blower noise

A/C Blower noise
2002 RL --- just started - at 56k
When the A/C is is full auto, it comes on in recirc mode and it sounds like something is in the blower. It cools fine, then switches to a/c where noise disappears. When in manual mode and I turn blower up, noise returns.
Thoughts??

not if they are IN the blower.
I hve had this happen in other acuras... if you let it run at full for a while, sometimes it gets ground up and will make its way as particles to the filter, and other times there were too many leaves, and they had to open the blower and clean it out.
