Advanced Pkg?

Anyone have this and find it useful?

I can't remember the last time I used the the CC on either of my current cars, considering Long Island traffic and wonder if CMBS is truly valuable.
I'm considering an '11 CPO

Thanks for any feedback

I have yet to hear of anyone who regretted buying a CMBS RL save the PAX grumblings that apply to '05-'08.

I think it's something that's better to have and not use than need and not have. In the used car world, accessory packages hold little value over the rest of the car. There would be no reason to pay that much more for it.

It appears, all else being fairly similar, mileage, age, CPO, that the Advanced pkg is about $3-4K higher than a Tech pkg on a 2011.
Which is why I asked for FB. I'm reluctant to pay the extra for upgrades I'm not sure I'll take advantage of.
I'm not suggesting they're of no value, simply a matter of being put to use.

If LI has a lot of traffic then wouldn't CMBS be even more valuable. You are not confusing ACC with CMBS are you?

No confusion but, they're a package. Granted, CMBS might be of more value, not so much ACC.
Is CMBS really worth an additional $3-4K is what it boils down to? Ahem

Only if it works. It's like life insurance - you are a lot better off if you never need it.

Worth is completely subjective (ask gmann how I feel about that ), but I would not pay $3-4k for the CMBS package. That is no different than MSRP and too much for a used car. Talk them down and then reconsider.

Here we go again... Don't you have to go whine to someone selling an A-Spec Badge right about now??
