Acura RL REV when the a/c is on

Hey whats up guys. Is it normal for a 2005 acura rl to rev the engine every 5-10 seconds when the ac is on full blast? a few weeks ago the wires going to my battery were all corroded so I went ahead and cut them and ran new cable with some crimp fittings. Could that be whats causing the problem? like maybe with the ac on the engine isn't getting enough juice? let me know thanks.

The alternator will be supplying the juice when the car is on, so I doubt it's your cables. Are you sure the engine doesn't behave the same with the A/C off? Maybe a video of the tachometer with the A/C off and on would help.
