Has anybody retrofitted these to their RL? It's a pretty useful accessory for 4th gen TL's IMO. I was trying to find the installation instructions to see how they anchor into the trunk but no luck. I know our cars have those tiny hooks on the sides of the trunk but they don't have near the capacity of these.

I would not hold my breath with this mod, I mean how many times do you go shopping and hang your bags.....What I was thinking is doing on my RL is the TL 4th gen drawer. Just a thought....

Never use an RL for shopping - your other car is for shopping.

Here is what I dont get, why would you want to hang a bag anyway?

Aside from using the plastic/paper option and the handle tearing off, lets say you are using a hippie approved cloth bag... then my Jameson will bang into my Wild Turkey honey and at some point one of them will crush my box of dong bags and my loaf of bread.

I would use them quite a bit. I've had numerous times that I've returned home from the store to find grocery bags spilled all over the trunk.

WTF is a dong bag? Also, the Wild Turkey is supposed to be between your legs.

I can see them being of use.

I'm classy I use a tervis to keep the ice from melting.

I was going to guess that. I was also going to say the Turkey needs to be on ice in the console, but since I don't drink whiskey I wasn't sure it went on ice.
