2010 RL Coupe?
This from Autoweek
Acura Coupe
The $50,000 price range sounds like it may be based on the RL. If it based on the new TL there is going to be a serious bump in TL pricing when the new model arrives.

I'm in the "I'll believe it when I see it" camp as well.
I read yesterday (straight from the Honda mouth) that there will indeed be a new car in the lineup for 2010. it will be released before the NSX replacement. Maybe this is it. I was thinking it was a full sized sedan above the RL but it could be a variant off the RL (coupe, convertible, etc.). Anything's possible and would be welcomed by the dealers

Hopefully a few more people will buy them, from a different demographic than the sedan. Thus they will increase overall sales without spending too much on development costs. But they will need to do a better marketing job ............
For many years there has been a rumor that there would be a sub-NSX coupe offered by Acura... one would think this would be a CL although technically the CL is a coupe version of the TL however it was the only V6 powered coupe in Acura's lineup until it was dropped. The price point was said to be about 60 grand with the NSX falling at almost twice that however VTEC has dropped this from their model matrix:

So... anybody's guess I suppose however I doubt it would be based upon the RL but who knows?
