Hi y'all

Looking for some help, my 08 RL is making a strange vibration noise that feels like it's coming from the transmission possibly. it's pulsating - buzz, 3 seconds, buzz. You can feel it through the wheel or if you hold the door and hear it. But here's the weird thing - it's RPM specific. At 3k/76mph it stops completely. Or if you drop the gear to 3rd manually at 60mph /3.5k it stop also. Feels worst in 5th at 60-65mph. This is what makes me think it's not the motor or wheels/tyres - it's happening very specifically at certain RPMs - mostly 1k to 2.5k.

My current thoughts are maybe torque converter but I hope not,

Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks, but upon further inspection it appears that this issue is happening even when in neutral/parked up. I am thinking it's either an exhaust or motor mount problem.
