05 RL Issues

Good morning. I have an 05 RL with 128K miles on it. I'm having a few issues.

1. Check Emissions light comes, and stays on. I have a CarMD (lazy man's diagnostic tool), and it's showing a P0430 code. The CarMD diagnosis is that 'the bank 2 catalyst system efficiency was below threshold for a predetermined period of time' . It's also throwing a P0404 code saying 'the Exhaust Gas Recirculation Control electrical circuit was out of its operating range or had a performance problem for a predetermined period of time'

2. SH-AWD light keeps coming on intermittently. CarMD is showing an ABS issue 61-01 (battery voltage down issue).

3. CarMD is also throwing an 86-01: F-CAN BUS-OFF MALFUNCTION.

Questions: can anyone help me determine whether the catalytic converter issue is for the front or rear converter? I've called the dealership and they're asking for $2200 for the front, and $2300 for the rear. The car's only worth a few thousand dollars, so I'm trying to determine if it's time to break down and get a new car. Any insight on the AWD or 86-01 issue would be helpful.

I've put $9K into the car (most covered by an extended warranty), but the potential to spend a minimum of another $2300 (potentially) makes the car a money pit.

How old is your battery? I'd start by getting a fresh battery, a lot of electronic issues are due to weak battery.
