All 4 of your tires "exploded" all at once? That's basically impossible...

I have more then one car and sometimes I would leave this one untouched for months so the sun damaged my tires really bad also those are the original tires that came with the car in 2005

That's still a little different than all 4 tires just suddenly exploding. One tire fails. Car starts swerving all over the place at excessive speeds. Other tires fail under the stress caused by the car swerving at excessive speeds.
Here's a video of the new Jeep Grand Cherokee failing the Swedish Moose Test. Later in the video, you can see tires blowing under the extreme stress of the vehicle loading too much weight on one corner while it is skidding. 7 brand new tires were blown during these tests. Is this a tire issue? No. The tires were never even questioned.
On a side note, this is why I always preach the importance of not going under the original tire load index specifications when replacing tires. These idiots around here with there underrated stretched tires will just look up the weight capacity of a tire, multiply it by 4 and assume it is okay since it is over the vehicle's curb weight. They don't take into account loading the vehicle and/or the amount of stress put on tires when the weight starts transferring during evasive maneuvering. Not calling you an idiot btw, sergiu.

Ok so as some of u know I just repaired my car and I had to replace rear subframe and differential well today I test drive the car and it seems it's driving only on front wheels when I looked under the car there seems to be some fluid leaking does anyone know y this is

Check and tighten the differential drain bolts (there are two) with a torque wrench to specification. After that, check your differential fluid levels (2) to see that they are filled to the bottom of the fill hole.
Did you get any SH-AWD errors?

Check the wiring harness on the rear diff to make sure everything is plugged in securely. These are codes for opens in the right clutch coil and diff fluid temp sensor. Both are mounted in the diff and should be plugged up. BTW, did you figure out where the fluid is leaking from? I assume your using a used rear diff out of a junkyard?
