2015 TLX Wheels

What's the likelihood these stock(on the 6 cyl) TLX 18" wheels will fit the 2014 AWD RDX? Someone said they are made by Enkei. Thanks

If you key in both cars on The Tire Rack, the specs on the wheels for both cars are identical. Nice looking wheels, but the way the spokes stick out, they could get "curb rash" very easily.

MOST OEM wheels are made by Enkei.

if the RDX and TLX share the same lug nut bolt pattern, then yes. it will fit.

the tires will need to be changed tho. as the TLX rides on a smaller profile tires. and your speedometer and mileage will be off

this is what I found out.

RDX = 18x7.5 +45 using 235/60/18 tires

TLX = 18x7.5 +50 using 225/50/18 tires.

Like suspected, you'll need new tires for the TLX wheels. you can even can swap your RDX tires on to the TLX wheels. that will solve that problem!

according to this tire calculator, the TLX tires are 8% too SMALL!

http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Tire-...0R18/225-50R18

then, with this calculator....it's saying that the TLX wheels are 5mm closer to the strut housing and extends an extra 5mm to the outside

Thanks for that information. My service rep said I can bring it in and they'll throw some TLX wheels on mine to test it. More to follow.

With RDX tires, the TLX wheels will be 5mm closer to your strut. Just add 5mm spacers and you would move the wheel back out again to match your original stance.

Sounds good! I'll be getting them in the spring, might as well run the ones I have for the winter.

I have the 18" tlx optional wheels on my rdx, posted pix in photo section.
The standard wheels are cool but too open, you see all the inner brake components.
Awesome up front but meh' in rear.

I think RLX on an MDX with the RDX on the TLX and give the RDX the RLX and the MDX also has the TLX

I went with aftermarket wheels on my wife's 2015 RDX AWD. 19x9.5 with 35 offset:

The OEM wheels are great but you have more options with aftermarket wheels and most of them are also lighter!

Hate to bring back an old thread, but any update on this? Seriously considering these wheels with the stock RDX tires. Thought about aftermarket, but with a newborn I don't think that would fit into the budget. Plus I would definitely want to upsize with aftermarket.

^^ I saw those wheels yesterday at the Acura dealer. They are seriously nice! I was wondering if they could fit on an ILX, which has hideous wheels!

sorry I should've clarified. I'm looking for pics of an rdx with the standard wheels, not the optional
