Question Suspension or Motor Mounts or Other?

I could use some assistance in identifying an issue on my '16 AWD with 155k miles. I had noticed a very loud clunking sound yesterday when parking in a smooth spot. Afterwards, I'm noticing a lot more noise on every bump and crack in the road. It almost sounds like metal on metal clunking type of noise on each bump. It's specifically coming from the front driver's side wheel area. My car still has the factory suspension at this point and has been trouble free for the 55k miles I've had it for besides a very minor rear accident that only required the bumper to be replaced by the previous owner. I can tell that my rear suspension components are going to need replacing soon as they are becoming noisy and sound similar to this issue but nowhere near as bad. I will attach a google drive link with the video and an audio clip of the sound I'm hearing. I think the audio clip is a bit better sound quality than the video clip which is why I'm including it. I'm inclined to believe that maybe one of my motor mounts went out and I plan on testing for that later today or tomorrow. Anyone else here have a similar issue or know where to start looking for this?

You need diagnostics in the repair shop, advice on the forum will not help.

Thumbs up Fixed It

I found the issue and managed to fix it yesterday. It turns out I had a brake caliper bracket bolt back out on me. No major damage, just a few scratches on the inside of the wheel. Luckily it was the bottom bolt so the whole caliper assembly didn't rotate open into my wheel, it just flopped back and forth against the wheel and rotor when I accelerated or decelerated which is what was creating the noise. The factory bolts don't require thread locker, but after that I will use thread locker blue as I know for sure I tightened the bolts to spec (101 lb-ft) last time I did the brakes about 7 months ago. Maybe this will help someone else in the future.
