Power Steering VSA Emission Engine lights on
While just starting the car, I had all the warning lights come on and it looked like everything electrical was failing.
VSA, Power Steering, engine warning light, "!" triangle warning sign. Basically everything was being displayed on the instrument cluster and it was scary looking.
With the car off, I used the multimeter to check the battery and it was reading just around 12.05 volts which is too low.
Went up to over 14 volts with the car on, so it wasn't the alternator.
Replacing the battery fixed the problem. I just wanted to post this in case anyone else had this issue and was freaking out.
I theorize a battery cell had failed so it couldn't supply enough voltage to power the electrical components which is why they turned off and gave warning lights.
If this happens to you, don't keep driving. I always keep a multimeter and a tool kit in my car, so changing out a battery is easy. Just a bit heavy since the batteries are 44 lbs.

Wow so these lights went on for me today too. I was trying to convert my wired CarPlay to wireless with this little dongle thing my daughter gave me when these lights went on. Seems like not a coincidence to me but now I’m concerned it’s actually the battery like you say. I have a multimeter it’s a small one I use to check regular alkaline batteries I have in the infamous junk drawer. Can I use that to check my battery? How many volts should it be and I should check it while the car is off correct?
edit to add: only the VSA/HillAssist/PowerSteering lights came on not any others like you mentioned.
