Dual Climate Control A/C

My 13 RDX is having some A/C issues, the drivers side vents are blowing slightly warm air and the passenger vents are blowing nice cold air. I tried playing around with settings to see if I could fix it, No Luck. Now I just put the the settings on Lo for both sides so I can get some A/C coming out of the passenger vents. Any body else having these problems? Would like to know a little about it before I take it to the dealer. It's a certified pre-owned with 75k miles, which would put it out of warranty.
Thanks

Easy fix

Your freon is simply a little low. Same symptoms on most modern vehicles. Buy a freon/hose kit at your local auto parts store and you will be fine. How soon your problem comes back will tell you if it is a small leak or larger one.

Thanks
You purchased a certified pre-owned Acura, my understanding is that this is the dealers problem and they need to fix this for you. I recently e-mailed Acura of Canada in regards to a problem I have with my RDX and they basically have no oversight over the program. I would have a talk with the dealer that sold you the vehicle.

Here's an explanation from Acura about the Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Program that was a response to my e-mail:
--------------------------
"Please note, that certified pre-owned vehicles are regulated, sold and classified pre-used by the dealership and not Acura Canada. Since we are not trained technicians, and we cannot speculate as to what the root causes are, regarding the concerns your vehicle may have experienced. It is for that reason we have our dealerships in place, we assure you that the service manager and his technicians will do their best to ensure the proper functionality of your vehicle, and explain how components operate as per Acura standards.

Sincerely,

Acura, a Division of
HONDA CANADA Inc.

The Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle program is basically whatever the Dealership needs it to be to sell used cars, as better then used cars.
