Diagnosis Mode?

So, I installed Navtool in my new 2014 RDX today. It was frustrating and did not go well unfortunately. Long story short I had two diagnosis codes come up while I was reconnecting wires: power steering and stability control.

They only came up once and they no longer appear except when I go into the acuralink messages. Is there any way to delete the messages out of there? Anyone know of a way to get into a diagnostic menu? I know on older Acuras you can get into it by holding map guide, menu, and cancel. I haven't found anything for the 2013-2014s though.

Any help would be appreciated!

There are directions for entering a diagnostic mode for both non-Tech and Tech models in this thread (I know that the Tech directions work) - https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-rdx-audio-bluetooth-electronics-navigation-405/2013-rdx-phones-871661/

Thanks for that link! That did allow me to get into diagnostic mode.

I tried clearing the error messages from there and it cleared all listed errors inside the diagnostic menu, but when I exit the menu the two previous errors in acuralink are still there.

I'm thinking maybe the error history in acuralink can not be deleted except at the dealer? Not sure, but I hope I didn't screw anything up by setting those off. I know they will be questioning me when they see those...

1. Press the engine start/stop button to select the ON mode
2. Select OK on the disclaimer screen
3. Press and hold the DEST/ROUTE, the MAP/GUIDE, and the CANCEL buttons at the same time for 3 seconds or so, and the system diagnostic mode begins
4. Using the interface dial, select the XM (HIP) from the Detail Information & Setting, press ENTER. Select XM (HIP) Diag (A) from the XM (HIP) System Link.
5. Select diagnostic info
6. Select the item you want to delete. After the message comes up, select Delete
7. Select Yes to confirm
8. Repeat for each message you want to delete

That should work to delete messages only the Acura techs are supposed to delete. The other messages you could easily delete without doing the above and just go through the info/setup screens I believe

What about messages thqt refuse to be deleted? I get into diagnostic mode on my 06 RL but it would not let me delete the message of DRL.
No matter what I do, nothing works... DRL do actually work, it is just annoying unread message icon that shows...
