2014 RDX unknown liquid drops

Hello all, just had a concern regarding my RDX. I noticed today that there was some liquid dripping from under the car, near the front right tire. After noticing I parked somewhere else that had no previous oil or water marks, and again I noticed a little puddle.
My engine light has not turned on, so I have dismissed it as an issue.

I did have my AC running the whole drive though (approx 40mins). Can the drips be from my AC?

If anyone has a clue, I would very much appreciate any info.

Your A/C condensation should be dripping onto the ground.

Stick you finger in the fluid and feel it. If the fluid is not slick, it's probably the condensation.
If the fluid is slick, then it's a problem...

There's a RDX-specific subforum here on AZ too.

confused53, is this your first car?

A/C condensation is normal for ANY car.
if the spots on the ground evaporate after a few hours, its plain OLD WATER.

if still there after a couple of hours and is slick like WIll Y mentioned, its something else.

Thanks for the info guys. This is my first modern vehicle. I've only driven beaters til this RDX. My older beaters used to drip water Cuz of the AC as well, but I only noticed that they dripped water through the mufflers. I'll have run the AC and check again later. Thanks!!

Drain tube for evaporator is passenger side firewall... when ac runs, the water will condense on the cold evaporator and flow out of the drain tube.

i.e. near the front right tire.

The "stick your finger in it" test isn't always accurate because there is often oil on asphalt that wicks up almost immediately if it has been dry for awhile - which is why driving after the first rain after a longer dry spell is so dangerous - but - dipping your finger in it should tell you if it is mostly water. Antifreeze, the only thing close to water has a sweet smell and has various colors, so if it looks clear'ish, has a watery consistency and no strong smell then it is condensation.
