2014 RDX Heat issue (Not the normal problem)
Hello fellow RDX friends
So my 2014 has no heat on the drivers side, It is NOT the blend door. Here is a list of what I have done so far:
Replaced the blend door motor, it is working as it should
Flushed the heater core frontwards and backwards
I found that the AC compressor was cycling on and off so I removed the fuse to the compressor clutch.
Still no heat on the Drivers side. I can feel the warmth in the box, but only getting cold air out of the vent?
What do I check next???
Thanks

Is your coolant hitting the correct operating temps and is your thermostat old? The only other thing that I can think to check is if any hoses or air dam pieces are missing (the parts that lead the air out to where you choose).
I had a similar problem on my old Mercedes a while back. Does the defroster work? I used to be able to get heat to the cabin vents by first enabling the defroster, waiting until hot air got to the windshield, then going back to regular heat settings.
