Upgrading Lowbeam on Headlamps/Headlights from Halogen

Upgrading Lowbeam on Headlamps/Headlights from Halogen
I have searched the forum and other interwebs corners and want to confirm that regular/low beams can be upgraded from factory halogens to xenon hid. Barring complete assembly replacement, the only items I need are:
Xenon HID Ballast Headlight Control Unit Assembly Module (similar to )
Xenon HID Igniter Inverter Headlight Starter Module (similar to )
Xenon HID Headlights Bulb 6000K Bulb (similar to )
...and very tiny hands.
What am I missing for my project?
