I just bought a RDX 2017 Technology. I have 2 questions.

1. I found that there seems to be no compass in the room mirror. I saw the compass with a green light in the corner of the 2015 RDX base model. But I cannot see it in the room mirror. My question is if the room mirror of a RDX 2017 Technology has a function of compass?

2. Also since I could not see any light in the mirror, I am not sure if the auto dimming function is working or not. How can I check it?

For tech package, compass is on the NAV screen. Switch to map view, and you should see it.
