Pairing phone to 2 different Acuras?

I own a 2012 TL and have a Samsung Galaxy S10+ that paired just fine with my TL. My wife just purchased a 2014 RDX with tech package. Her Iphone 6s paired just fine but when I attempted to also pair my s10 nothing...doesn't appear on the RDX screen and the RDX doesn't appear under my phone's list of pairable devices when trying to pair. I of course already have a "HandsFreeLink" pairing option on my phone when turning on Bluetooth but this is for my TL and does nothing with the RDX. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have a S7edge and it shows two hands free links. So pairing to two Acura's is possible. Why You are having trouble I can't explain.I would retry.

IT would say; Turn it off and turn it back on again.

I think the max is 5 or 6 phones paired. Is there a chance you are at that limit? I would delete any old pairings that might be still there from the previous owner. Back in my old work Blackberry phone days, I would have a difficult time pairing my work Blackberry and my personal iPhone 3S at the same time. It was one or the other to work with our 06 TSX The two phones were always knocking each other off the pairing even when I only had one phone with me in the car. Ended up just only pairing my iPhone only. Zero issues with pairing and staying paired with any Acura since I've gone 100% iPhone beginning with the iPhone 4S model.

I would try and delete all paired phones and try pairing your phone first. Maybe the order might make a difference between the two phones?
