Front Center \speaker

Does anyone knows how to remove the front cemter speaker on the top of the dash? I need to replace it as the sound became it's scratchy.

First, unscrew the radio and move it 1 inch, then remove the navigation display visor (it is on clips) to the top and you will have access to the speaker.
