I have a 2013 RDX base AWD and looking to add an Android Auto/Carplay screen. Looking at possibly using a CD Slot mount for the screen. Most mounts look like they might not work due to the volume knob interfering with the mount's tightening knob. Also, one review mentioned problems using one with a similar year MDX. Quote from that review 'Wanted to test this out on a 2013 Acura MDX, unfortunately that car has the disc reader "too towards the front" for this display mount to fit in enough'. The review photo looked very similar to RDX so unsure if the RDX would have the same issue.

Basically, has anyone used a CD slot mount holder for a Android Auto/Carplay screen in a 2nd gen RDX and can suggest which ones they liked or did not like? Thanks!
