It states in our manual that the headlights will automatically turn on if the wipers are in use for a certain duration and if the switch is set on auto.


Can anyone confirm if it does this on their Canadian model RDX?

 

If it's in the manual then yes.

 

I've tested mine (advanced) and it has never performed as the manual says it does/should.

 

Thanks for your useless reply. There's a reason why I'm asking for Canadian models. It says in the manual, not available on all models. I have the top model, tech package, and I'm asking because I'm not sure if it's only on US models

The manual is not always accurate. Mine says--on page 47--that the back seats are heated. I have the Advanced package--the car has everything you can get from the factory. But there are no heated rear seats and the dealer says there never have been in the RDX. Maybe in Canada?

 

I don't have rear heated seats in my 13 tech. I know they have them in the newer models, 2015/16 in Canada
