I am also curious if anyone had a similar experience with this unit. I've seen someone buy something similar for an Acura TL 2006 and it looks like it was a positive experience (the manufacturer provided a lot of support for patching some issues such as HVAC control from the unit).

Anyone can shime in their experience with an Acura RDX Unit ?

No i did not so far but still considering it. Not a priority at the moment thou.
still did not see any feedback (other than on Aliexpress) for this unit.

 

Bump due to interest.... The "Tesla-Style" radios for the third generation TLs (2004-08) have very mixed reviews. Some like them, but a lot of people don't.

 

I have an android head unit and my ONLY complaint would be the sun's glare. I love the radio. Waze, Google maps, YouTube music/ videos, Bluetooth connectsinstantly, screen boots up instantly, Google commands and tasking. I'll say "hey google, take me home" and it'll start navigation via default app and starts playing music. Complete voice commands... just simply speak what you want
