Head rest dimensions

Can someone help me with the dimensions of the RDX head rest. I own a TSX and I was wondering if I can replace my head rest with one from an RDX. Audiovox makes a replacement headrest with monitors installed for the RDX and not the TSX. The measurement I need are the pole diamters and the distance from pole to pole.
Thanks for your help.
Jeff

Do you have a link? I'm interested in getting them. The links I found via google all go to CarDomain, which says they no longer carry them.

Keep in mind you'll lose your active head restraint functionality when using that product. Vizualogic does make a headrest mounted solution that mounts directly behind the factory headrest so that the active head restraint is still functional.

Sorry jcc, I don't know the measurements you are looking for. Best bet would be to go to the dealer and pull a headrest from an RDX and try it in your TSX.
