Who's interested in a LED conversion package?

Hi, everyone! Timely my brake lights burnt out so i need to get it replaced. Quite new with these LEDs bulbs need your expert advice on such, are these http://www.lexenauto.com/T20-Dual-Beam-LED-p/k.htm plug-n-play, no need for load-resistors?

UPDATE:
I wasn't completely happy with the brightness of my rear bulbs and I did more research. I ended up purchasing the following bulbs to replace the three hatch lights (T5) and the two brake lights (7443). These new bulbs are brighter than the last set and I am very happy with them.

I've decided to keep the front of the car stock and just convert the interior and exterior rear light bulbs. However, I don't want to deal with load-resistors, so I am going to leave the rear blinkers stock.
I installed the center brake light, two tail lights in the hatch, and two tail/brake lights on the rear left and right panels. So far, I like the way they look. I have replaced/will be replacing the vanity lights, rear dome, cargo lights, and the lights in the two front doors. I am waiting on the map lights and that should be it for me.
If you are interested, here's what you'll need:
Exterior - Rear::
Center brake + both tail lights in the hatch (3 total): 1PC T10 30SMD High Mount Stop LED Bulb
Tail/brake lights (comes in a pair): T20 Dual Beam LED Tail Light Bulbs #7443
License plate lights (comes in a pair) pick one of two below (same as front door lights):
1. White LED LIcense Tag Lights T10 5-SMD
2. White T10 12-SMD LED License Plate Lights
Interior::
Cargo lights (comes in a pair, same as rear dome lights): White LED 1X Trunk Cargo Light 12-SMD Panel Interior Light
Map lights: (comes in a pair): White 12-SMD LED Panel Interior Lights
Front door lights (comes in a pair) pick one of two below (same as license plate lights):

No, I found out they were soldered on after I opened it to install the bulbs. Sorry for the confusion.

I just finished taking the whole assembly out of the headliner and took it apart only to confirm it was indeed individual LEDs soldered to the board. I'm not comfortable soldering so I don't think I could take this on, but maybe somewhere down the line I'll have someone replaced the LEDs for me.

I'm attempting to update all of the interior lights to more of a pure white (5K). Right now the the OEM LED is emitting more of a 3K color and it's too yellow.
