What preferences are saved for the two drivers?

Seat position and mirror position is saved per driver. It SEEMS that radio presets are also saved.

What else is saved per driver? Are climate controls saved? Navigation settings (I think the display preferences are saved)? Destinations?

Is there any way that I can have two phones paired and get the car to understand which one should be paired based on who's driving?

The owner's manual specify exactly what is saved. Also discussed here: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-rdx-...ttings-972695/

Thanks for the response.

While the manual may have all of the details around this, it does not seem that everything is in one place to be comprehensive. Also, the thread references sort of says the same thing but then goes on to talk about other things that may also be saved.

My experience seems to be that the radio station stuff -IS- saved and I haven't seen a specific reference to it as of yet. Still looking, though.

I don't understand why the phone stuff can't be saved. Basically, the car remembers what phone was connected "last time" and tries that device first when started up. This would seemingly be easy to save as a "per driver" setting to identify the preferred device for that driver's settings.

Are there any ways to get updates to the firmware / software short of having the stealership do it? The ONE thing that I like about Ford's system is that they put the process entirely in the owner's hands for this.
