Unlocking back doors?

One of my frustrations with my RDX is that once I park, the car opens the front door locks, but not the back. I find myself jumping out of the car to grab something out of the back seat, only to have to unlock the doors manually. Worse yet, any passengers are locked in the car as well.

I'd ther a setting to unlock all doors when the car is shifted into park?

Yes you can change it to unlock all doors when you shift to park. See pages 87 to 92 of your Owners Manual.

Do you by any chance have the child lock feature set on the door? I'd check that first.

These are the two answers you need provided by 2 great contributors to this forum....Start with the child lock first and then the reprogramming.

I turned off the "auto lock" feature in both my TL and RDX. I was getting annoyed by the fact that every time I have a passenger and come to a stop, people try to open the door before the car is in Park (if I drop someone off) and always would yank on the handle while the door was lock. Now the doors will only be lock unless I chose to lock them.

That is a great help... I hate it when my son is always locked in after I parked and have to unlock and open the door for him.
