Turn Off Engine Without Turning Off Accessories?

Hi All,
We just picked our new 2013 RDX Tech (GLM Exterior!) on Friday, and has a great time in it so far! I was wondering how do I turn off the engine after driving, but leave the radio or bluetooth on without the engine being on? Similar to just turning the key 1 "click" on traditional key-start car?

Sometimes I would want to keep the radio running but the turn the engine off while I'm waiting for someone, or keep the phone conversation going on the bluetooth without the engine going. Thanks!

Shift to neutral and then press the start/stop button. This will turn off the engine, but leave the car in accessory mode so you can continue to listen to the radio or continue a call via hands free.

Is that the way you're supposed to do it for the RDX? Is it in the owners manual or did you just figure it out cause I was wondering the same...

BTW - if you are on a phone call, you can turn off the car and this won't drop the call. Of course the radio and everything else goes off. (Granted, there are better reading materials then car manuals but they do contain loads of good info that you may not otherwise realize about your car. This is especially true with a high-tech car like an Acura.)

In my 2013 RDX the radio stays on if I put the car in neutral and push the ignition button. (I then put the car in park). Of course, you might not know this unless you hang up the phone. Then, if the radio was on when you made the phone call, the radio comes back on.
