Replacing heater blowing motor

I want to replace the heater blowing motor. It's a little noisy after 131000mil, I checked if there was something inside through the cabin filter hole but it was clean, so most likely it's just bearing wear.
How do I open the panel that covers the motor? It has a few clips in front and from the left side attached to the carpet, should I just pull it to the red arrows direction or I have to somehow release those clips preliminary?
I could not find a guidance how to remove that cover.

Yep, I was right, that's exactly how I opened it.
