How do you get to the blower motor?

How do you get to the blower motor?
I need to remove my glove box so I can get to my blower motor, but don't know how to get it off. Also, how do you remove the blower motor to clean it out?

There are plenty threads on how to remove the glovebox.

Tip: search for the cabin air filter replacement DIY

I found a cabin filter DIY with pics, but where is the blower motor located?

I got the glove box off, but don't know where the blower motor is. Acura wants $45 to fix it. Any one have a repair manual they can look at for me?

Were you able to get to the blower motor through the glove box?

I need to look at mine because its seems like its wearing out.
