RDX Deals

I'm a former long time Acura owner (19 years). I have since moved on to another brand, but my sister is strongly considering and I have been trying to push her over the edge towards an RDX.

Any advice on deals out there (both price and financing)?

Anything else to consider. Any issues with the 2013s?

They seem to be popular and moving fast enough that dealers are not heavily discounting them. If you can get a tech for invoice or $500 over invoice that seems to be a decent deal.

For sure, you should be below 2% on financing...likely Acura will offer something as we get deeper into spring.

The no-no lease at the bottom of this page looks darned good. Three years down the road, she buys the vehicle or walks over to another one.

Pen Fed can do .74% on 48 months and 1.24% on 60 months if you use their car buying service and joining Pen Fed only costs $25! I have used them for years as they have a credit card that gives 5% back on gas and they credit your account like every quarter.

I can't speak for your part of the country, but in the SF Bay Area, the low (0.9%) financing was not available for RDXs a couple of weeks ago. It was offered for the soon-to-be replaced 2013 MDX and for the 2013 TL. However, below-invoice pricing was.

One way to go is to use multiple internet price methods. Costco.com, Edmunds.com and Truecar.com are three that come to mind. I found that each had arrangements with different dealers. The best deal was a two hour drive from my home, but the next to the best deal (and still under invoice) was only six miles away
