pointed grill

I just bought a new 2017 RDX, and I would like to change the grill to all black with just the medallion in chrome. Preferably something similar to the pointed grill on the MDX. Does it already exist or can this be done?

Welcome to the forums.

This thread has been moved from the 3G MDX Discussion (2014+) forum to the model specific forum for better response.

You can do vinyl or plasti dip. Plasti dip is easier but takes longer. Both are easily reversible

Yeah, have it painted body color by whatever means. Just don't mess with the emblem/antenna.

ThaChadwick would you mind giving more details, where you purchased and a simple step by step. I am very interested in doing this.
Thanks

I had this done at a local shop. You’d definitely need a heat gun, isopropyl alcohol, a squeegee, and a blade if you were gonna attempt to do.

not something I would try myself with all the curves and valleys around the emblem. What did it cost you $30-50
