Message on Nav Screen during start up

This morning when I started my car, it displayed this message:

"Application is being updated. Please don't NOT turn off the vehicle"

It took about 3 mins and then it performed a restart of the Nav system.
Does anyone know what could have be updated?? Any one else have this message? I have all the current TSB's as far as software updates.

Do you have a phone with Acuralink active?

Could it be a XM application update?

Yes I do. Not sure what application was updated, it never said what was being updated during the process.
