Memory Seating - #2 Position not working
I'm having an issue with my memory seating for the driver 2 position. The driver 1 position works just fine but when I press 2 the button doesn't do anything, and when I use key 2 - it doesn't do anything either. Is it a key problem? Switch problem? Programming problem? Of course this happens a few days after being serviced 2 hours away.

Or the seat is already in driver 2 position. In that case it won't have to move anyway. .
Just showing a different point of view. But please do a reset of your driver 2 settings as advised in the prior post.

When you first start the car does the upper screen show a "welcome driver 2" message? Is the "driver 2" light lit on the door?
Comfy is correct, of course, if the seat (and mirrors) are already in position they don't have to move. Try switching between 1 and 2, assuming each has it's own unique settings.

Test:
1 - Move the seat to some other position
2 - Move each mirror to some other sposition
3 - Press 1
4 - Did the seat and mirror move? If yes, it's fine.
5 - Repeat steps above but press 2 during step #3 above. Did the seat and mirrors move? If yes, it's fine.
If all above checks out, your memory just got messed up by operator error.
It happened to me. My GF set the seat to #2 (her settings). Then she moved the seat a bit to be more comfortable, pressed SET and then 1. ARGH! She just overwrite my settings !!!! I though #1 was broken at first.

I set both 1 and 2 to my settings and no one else drives the car. Last time the other half drove it she tore one side of the ground effects off then denied knowing it had happened while she was driving it.
