Driver door alignment

Hi all, does anyone know how to align the drivers door? The door closes but it's like a few centimeters to high from the silver clip in the door frame, and when you close it, the door hits and then closes. I thought the clip in the door frame could move up and down, 2 screws, but it doesn't. I do see 3 other spots to move the door though. 2 are the hinges and then a single black bolt that has a black metal bar attached to it.

Appreciate any ideas. Not sure how this happened? Never been in an accident.

You are the man!!! The striker was what I thought it would be and it was. Loosen, hit it with a rubber mallet and then tighten that bad boy down. The wife will be happy.
