Same thing happened to me at a Firestone in Mission Viejo...

I already had my rear Ingalls camber kit installed, but they said in order to adjust camber I needed the SPC camber kit...they claimed that the Ingalls only adjusted toe angle

...so I took it to another Firestone (because I have the free lifetime alignment) and they were able to adjust both camber and toe angles...I think it was just the guy who got a hold of your car that didn't know what he was doing.

Just take it to another place

they talked to Marcus, our Mr. Heeltoe, for a minute; then they yelled at Marcus because they could not rip me off; they did not want to talk to him and said they don't have a minute to talk about the ingall camber kit and how that works while they watched Padre's game.(i called Marcus as soon as the alignment shop tried to charge me $690) man, they pissed me off so bad. thank God i didn't pay for their "attempted" alignment.
btw, Mr. Heeltoe did the best job on suspesion installation!

I have same experience with Firestone @ South Coast Plaza. For you peeps in this area, I recommend you stay away from SC Firestone, and go to Hungtington Firestone instead. HB Firestone got the alignment done right the first ime, no questions asked.
