I ordered a cargo net off Ebay. Does this look OEM? Seems a bit small but I nothing to compare it to.

Maybe try turning it 90 degrees

 

I agree with Mikel. I checked the Acura accessories website and the picture with the cargo net shows it installed 90 degrees from what you have. Other than that it looks just like the OEM part shown on the website.
