I just purchased the 2016 RDX with Advance Package and Front Wheel Drive. The Las Vegas Sun heats up the Black Dashboard and I am looking for a cover or mat to protect the vinyl covering from heat damage. As the 2016 RDX has only recently arrived at Dealers, it may be a little too early to find a custom-fitted dashboard cover/mat but I would appreciate any information on availability.

Dash cover, I just use a foldable windshield screen when it's outside, and on the dash I use armorall.
Whatever 2013-2015 dash mat there is should fit the 2016.

 

Are you south of the airport by any chance? I keep seeing a 2016 all the time when I drive.

Get your windshield tinted with 80% ceramic or nano tint. It is hardly noticeable and will help keep the heat and UV out of the car.
