Does anyone have the torque specs or installation
instructions

The Attached Files Do not include the serpentine or drive belt tensioner

The drive belt tensioner is the spring loaded tensioner to the front of the timing bolt cover for the alternator and ac drive pullies. It is held on by a 6 mm hex key (flat head socket bolt -- I believe 8 mm) in the tensioner center and a 6 mm bolt on its flange ear (with normal hex head).
