Just took car this morning to the dealership, checkengine light was on as well as the VSA. Happened this weekend in sport shift mode. I was coming around a corner hitting 2nd good then went to 3rd and lost a lot of power and could not shif back to 2nd gear, having trouble idleing.... Any similiar stories with a happy ending

I guess you can say that you were kinda lucky. When mine failed I was in 5th gear and it down shifted to 2nd. I was doing about 55-60 at the time. So I need new mounts as well.

When they replaced the tranny, I didn't really have any problems until right when I traded it in. It felt like it was sticking a bit at that point. I got 40K without no problems at all. I didn't notice any difference in power or responce after it was replaced.
