tranny???

so my 03 cl tranny went out about 1 year ago...i bought the car and next thing i know i was experiencing the same symptoms other acura cl owners are facing...ever since then i did not know what to do...so since last night and 1 year since i last touched the car i decided to look stuff up and found this (acurazine) and found it rather helpfull...but here is my question... I live in california and since i bought the car used is it possible for my tranny to be replaced? and how can i do it what is the process? i would really like to know the 411 so that i could get my car back on the road again...thanks alot...

Warranty is 7 years or 100,000 miles. Which ever comes first. So if you're under 100k miles then you are covered. If you car has a salvage title then forget it. Call the acura dealer to see if they will cover and set up an appointment. They should pay for towing if needed.

Shop around for a transmission shop in your area and get the best warranty they offer.
