I got a letter in the mail today saying that my car may suddenly downshift from 5th gear into 2nd. It was some kind of class action lawsuit letter saying that if your car does this, you may have your warranty extended to 93 months or 109,000 miles. I'm not really sure if this will be helpful in any way to anybody, but I just thought I'd post it up...

 

Can you scan the letter? Never heard of this, the 93 month part.

Its not another tranny problem Its someone suing over the existing problem.
